Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the professional cleaning services provided by PURANO NETTOYAGE (SIRET: 902 942 473 00023).

2. Services

Purano Nettoyage provides cleaning services for sofas, mattresses, rugs, carpets, vehicle interiors and chairs, as well as Airbnb cleaning services.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in euros (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The prices displayed are base estimates. A detailed quote will be provided before any service. Travel and products are included in our prices.

4. Booking and payment

No deposit is required. Full payment is made after the service, once the customer is satisfied. Accepted payment methods: cash, instant bank transfer, cheque payable to PURANO Nettoyage.

5. Cancellation

Any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the service is free of charge. Within 48 hours, cancellation fees may apply.

6. PURANO Inventory Guarantee

If a cleanliness defect is found during your check-out inventory on an item included in your package, we will come back and correct it free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

  • Request made within 48 hours of our service
  • Upon presentation of photos of the item concerned or of the inventory report mentioning it
  • The property must have remained empty and unoccupied since our visit
  • The guarantee only covers the services included in the package and the options ordered
  • One (1) free return visit per service, limited to the items reported

Not covered: normal wear and tear of the property, damage, and stains identified as permanent during our service (always reported to the customer before work begins).

7. Late payment penalties

For business customers only: in accordance with articles L. 441-10 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code, any late payment automatically incurs late payment penalties at three times the legal interest rate, as well as a fixed compensation of 40 euros for recovery costs. These provisions do not apply to private customers.

8. Liability

Purano Nettoyage takes the greatest care in every service and uses professional equipment suited to each surface. If damage related to our service is found, the customer is asked to report it without delay (ideally with a supporting photo); each situation is examined in good faith in order to find a fair, amicable solution.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to service contracts fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, whose performance began with the consumer's express consent, the consumer acknowledging that they waive their right of withdrawal.

For services not yet performed, the consumer has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] or by phone on +33 6 51 24 92 34.

10. Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute, the consumer may use the MEDICYS mediation service free of charge:
